I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with an outstanding view of Cape Town that made my stay truly special. The property is well-located, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to beautiful vineyards. Unfortunately, the service could use some improvement, especially regarding room availability and amenities. Overall, it's a decent choice with pros in the view and location but some cons in communication and details.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this spa hotel. The private steam room and couple's massage were heavenly, and I truly felt pampered from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. However, my stay at the guesthouse left some room for improvement due to misleading descriptions and inadequate facilities, which was disappointing for my planned girls' weekend.
